Since Kelley Armstrong announced this anthology I’ve wanted to get my hands on it and now that I’ve finally read it I can say that it more than met my expectations.

I may be a little critical of the story because the basic idea behind the story just kind of bothered me. I remembered being intrigued by the dark world of faeries.

I really liked this one because I have never read a story about Gargouille and really like to learn more about it and want to see how they survive. I haven’t been able to find any information on it. Giovanni’s Farewell by Claudia Gray – A very sweet, touching short story that had me wishing for more of Ravenna and Cairo’s story. The cover of this and most of Harper’s books is wonderful and appropriate for the content.

This one is very humorous and amazingly action packed for a quick read.

After having read a couple of stories, my favorite is “Gargouille” by Mary E. Perhaps if Forest of Hands and Teeth was about the characters in this short story I would have enjoyed it? If you’re not the world’s biggest fan of short stories, but you like the authors, then check the book out from the library first. When you go Outside, you immediately burn up, for some inexplicable reason.

If you don’t recognize the title from The Rocky Horror Picture Show or watch Ddiversions, then you probably won’t like this story.

It was interesting and scary a little but it was a cool way to portray kids that have been genetically modify in a lab. Sabine is one of my favorite characters and her bad attitude is almost put in the background in this story.

What’s there and what will happen to Kissy and Jess on this trip? I wish this one had a bit more conclusion. Do not trust those people, especially not that guy, because he is going to betray you!
